All orders are placed on the Website, following the instructions communicated on the site for this purpose.

Right of withdrawal (refund)

All Products delivered in mainland France and abroad cannot be reimbursed according to the law article L221-28 of the consumer code , for example Products having been the subject of personalization on request of the Buyer. Please note that the earrings will neither be returned in the case of a refund, nor exchanged for hygiene reasons .

For the headband and the bun picks, the buyer has a right of withdrawal of fourteen 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. During this period, the Buyer may return the Products to the address specified below, without having to provide reasons. Reimbursement of purchased products made by:

- Stripe (by bank card/credit card via the SHOPIFY module), reimbursement will be made to the account of the bank card that made the purchase only. Please note that the transaction fees for the original SHOPIFY payment are not refundable.
