Refunds and returns

The command

All orders are made on the Website, following the instructions communicated on the site for this purpose.

Right of withdrawal (refund)

All Products delivered in Metropolitan France may be reimbursed except for those excluded by law and bearing a mention to that effect, for example Products which have been personalized at the request of the Buyer. The Products must be intact (no trace of foundation, etc.), complete, packed in the original packaging. They must in no case have been worn and damaged, note that the earrings will not be taken back in the case of a refund, nor exchanged for hygiene measures.

The Buyer has a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. During this period, the Buyer may return the Products to the address specified below, without having to give reasons, or pay a penalty. The Buyer may return the Products to by La Poste either by Letter Tracked (no insurance in the event of loss but with a tracking number) or by Colissimo Tracked (with insurance and tracking number). He must communicate the tracking number of the package as soon as possible by email to

The return costs via La Poste are the sole responsibility of the Buyer with the exception of a defective Product upon receipt, or an error when sending the Product. will only reimburse the Buyer for the returned Products (shipping and processing costs for the package remain the responsibility of the Buyer), subject to compliance with the conditions mentioned above.

Reimbursement of products purchased by:

- Stripe (by credit card / credit card via the Stripe module), the refund will be made to the account of the credit card that made the purchase only. Please note that the original STRIPE payment transaction fees are non-refundable.

In the event of failure of previous refunds, the refund will be made via a check by letter sent to the billing address.

Product exchange

The Buyer also has a period of fourteen (14) days to request an exchange. The Buyer will not pay delivery costs on the new exchange order. The Buyer can return the Products to by La Poste with a tracking number only. As a reminder, the return costs by La Poste remain the responsibility of the Buyer and the Products to be exchanged must be intact, complete, packed in the original packaging.
